really liked it
I want to tell you first off that this book was written by a friend. I’m pretty sure this doesn’t influence my review, but I must admit that I cringed a bit when I recognized our mutual acquaintances in some of the characters.

I really enjoyed the first couple hundred pages of this book. Sue has an amazing ability to make you feel the scenes she writes about. She has some truly wonderful analogies. Some made me laugh out loud and some I wanted to

Like most of Mary Higgins Clark’s books. This was not that interesting. Almost quit reading it. Glad I didn’t. As usual, the last 30 pages moved rapidly. And, for a change, I didn’t guess the killer. I won’t say why for fear of spoiling it for future readers. Glad I finished it, but still didn’t think it was a great book.
