I've always tried to take sleep seriously, and now I've read whole book on sleeping. This is an extremely worthwhile book. It was great to take an in depth dive into the reasons we spend roughly a third of our lives sleeping. Mathew Walker has clearly spent much of his waking life thinking about why we sleep.
