R.M. Romero DEATH’S COUNTRY takes place in the same world! TALE OF THE FLYING FOREST is set in a brand new one.
R.M. Romero THE GHOSTS OF ROSE HILL was a challenge! It took me about six months to write because with poetry, every word is important. I always read poetry and loved it, so I thought a lot about my favorite poets (ee cummings, Sylvia Plath, Rainer Maria Rilke, Richard Siken) and reread their work as I drafted the book.

R.M. Romero I always imagined that the two stories took place in the same world, yes!
R.M. Romero I was in Kraków for about a week in 2005. But the city made a huge impression on me that I could remember it clearly nine years later when I started writing in DOLLMAKER. I went back in 2016 and I'll be visiting again this summer. Kraków is a beautiful city--how fantastic that you're living there!
