Here is the principle work, and our authentic 16th century fragment of literature, which during his early years hugely influenced a young William Shakespeare. This individual leaf accompanied MuzWot on his travels recently to Hengwrt, site of the original books and manuscripts of Chaucer and also the Mabinogion, and this our antiquarian leaf, has been likewise imbued utmost, through spirit of place, with the poetic epic spirit under the ancient yew tree of Llansilin’s graveyard in Powys bordering Shropshire. The powerful and absolutely beautiful specific fragment describes the landscape of Mid Wales and North Wales in the years around 1577.
Images of Hengwrt show that little now remains today of the original manor house - however, the greatest of world literature was kept in the library here for over 400 years and last seen [in its entirety] and recorded by Iolo Morganwg on site in the 1700s.

My mother eventually discovered those human bones, and while assuring her I respected these remains, I admitted I’d also been using the largest leg bone as housing to my monocular �� though she nonetheless very sharply castigated me.
