Rapid cycling bipolar

This bipolar is a menace, a burden, like an invisible shadow, part of me
Depression and mood swings, wired, hemmed in, not…Free
Outside influences making my world decrease, a microcosm, small
Making me feel inadequate, diminished a…fool
Hoping for a book sale, recognition, escaping this rut, hope
Trying to quell the voices, these demons, tightening the rope
These thoughts that one is useless, no bloody good
Scared to go out, into the neighbourhood
Interaction is awkward, at least most of the time
The words that erupt from my mouth, do not seem to be mine
I tend to baffle, confuse, babble on…random
Like two wolves at each other, as one, in tandem
I am only at ease when I write, like now, real
For writing seems to calm me, rational, calm…still

When one has published two books in three years
And giving away more books than actually selling creates frustration and...tears
With only a handful of reviews...it it time for a reality check, for the sake of my soul
It appears that my writing is not as popular as I hoped, not reaching my goal
So unfortunately, my next book will not make it to print, even though it is almost done
Think I will call it a day, guess writing is not my profession
To those readers who did help, thank you, boosted my self esteem
But, I guess Leo being an author...was just a dream

The trees listen...the animals are aware
other beings inhabit the forest...ubiquitous...everywhere

Their senses are more in tune...than ours

The fauna, the trees, the flowers

I saw the bark move on a tree

A face had formed...looking at me

I had never noticed this phenomenon...before

Never really got the bug for a "duvet cover"...a cover for a duvet..? Hmm! Basically it is a Bag...a big one...for a blanket...a lot of hard work as far as I am concerned...when did a straightforward Blanket...morph into a Duvet
