“Lester Levenson used to say, 'Release and allow yourself to see the perfection where the seeming imperfection seems to be.' During this process, welcome your thoughts, your sensations, your feelings, and the stories that you tell yourself. Just allow them all to be here, and know that everything is okay as it is. Part of what happens when we release this is that we start to recognize the perfection underlying our thoughts and feelings. Begin by making yourself comfortable and focusing your attention inwardly. Now, bring to mind ... an issue that's currently up in your awareness. As you think about that situation, problem, intention, or goal, allow yourself to get in touch with your feelings about it right in this very moment.

Hale Dwoskin The Basic Goal and Ways to Attainment
“If we could only be, just be, we could see our infinity. We could see that we are the All. -Lester Levenson
“You are already unlimited Beingness. You are that now and have always been, and every path or technique is designed only to make you, as Lester often put it, ‘self-obvious to yourself. Lester also often asked, ‘How long should it take for an unlimited being to discover their unlimitedness? It does not need to take any time whatsoever, because you already are Awareness. Hale Dwoskin

Hale Dwoskin The Mind
“The more you quiet the mind, the more you feel the Self—and the better you feel. You feel as good as your mind is quiet. - Lester Levenson
“Try finding your mind right now. If you look honestly, without going into memory, I propose that you will not be able to find it. We remember a series of recurring thoughts that we identify as our own and we call that our mind. However, if you look right now, there is no mind, and if there is no mind now, what if there has never been a mind that you could call your own? Hale Dwoskin

Hale Dwoskin The Body
“If you have a car, you do not say you are the car. Why then, if you have a body, do you say you are the body? - Lester Levenson
“How would you behave and how would you respond to life if you knew that the body is imagined and only the Self is real? Probably very differently than you do now. If you look at your life you will probably see that it is totally centered around your attempts to make the body real, content, safe, and last forever. Imagine what life will be when you know that the body was the least of you, as opposed to how you often feel now, that it is the all of you. Hale Dwoskin

Hale Dwoskin Is There a Difference Between Worldliness and Spirituality?
“The unrealized person sees the world as running him. The realized person sees it as his own projection and therefore he can run it, it cannot run him. - Lester Levenson
“Allow yourself to explore the possibility that there is nothing separate from the Truth of who you are. The more you explore this idea, the more it will dissolve the illusion of a world that is separate from you, revealing that which is beyond the world of ideation. Hale Dwoskin

Hale Dwoskin The Quiet Meditative State of Beingness
“The all-quiet state is such a tremendous state that it can never be put into words. The words ecstasy, euphoria, bliss, nirvana don’t describe it really—they only allude to it. - Lester Levenson
“The Beingness-Awareness that you are is always the most intimate part of every experience. Without Awareness there is no experiencing. We get so caught up in changes in the body-mind-world that are appearing in or on this Awareness, that we miss the natural beauty and bliss of pure being. Hale Dwoskin
