Frank LaRue Owen (a.k.a. Frank Inzan Owen) is a poet and Wayfarer of a Nature-oriented contemplative path shaped by the seasons, numinous experiences in forests and mountains, and meditation. When not hillwalking or tending a year-round organic garden, he facilitates a form of Jungian-inspired contemplative soulwork,

Among his many interests are Japanese aesthetics, research findings surrounding shinrin-yoku, hermit-poet tradition, Jungian dreambody work, midlife psychology, spiritual formation mentoring, and the connection between Nature, dreams, and creative expression.
