It's true. The Path of Light series is getting a third book. Transcendence is the working title work the final climax to the series.

Working through edits and revisions before sending if off to the editor by mid-March. Cover designer all lined up. Hoping to get the third book out by mid-spring, the latest end of spring.

If you've been a fan of the series then you won't want to miss the climactic finale!

Can't leave our cast of characters where they are especially Maggie and Gabriel.

The book is back from the editor. Gotta love seeing all of them changes that need to be made :)

Great news for those out there waiting for book two of the Path of Light series. Submitting book two to my editor yesterday.

On track to release it by mid-2019 as was the plan. Gotta love it when a plan seems to mildly, even remotely seem like it may come to fruition.

...to bring a new puppy into the house.

Yikes!

Last weekend we got an eight-week, old border collie puppy as a companion to our six-year-old border collie Jenny.

Talk about inviting a whirlwind into our lives. Energy and curiosity galore, but oh soo cute.

Finally getting back to my revisions on Book Two of The Path of Light series and a bit of a sense of normalcy after a week of topsy-turvyness.

Amazing how much one little being can add and change a home dynamic.

Border collies willing, the plan is to get Book Two out into the world by mid-year still.

Spring is less than two months down the road. And better yet, the time changes in less time than that!

Light Radiates, the second book in the Path Of Light series is on track. Working hard at getting the rewriting and revisions done. Still hoping to hit my mid-2019 timeline. Would like to get it in sooner if I can.

I think one of the things that I really enjoyed and was quite a challenge about the book was to populate the characters in a way that was more than two-dimensional.

A couple of the key characters in the book end up being God and Lucifer. I did my best to try and portray different aspects of these mythical beings that we have all grown up with.

I tried to delve deeper and go beyond the typical story that most people know of Lucifer's fall from Heaven, to see how this great traumatic event upset the balance of the universe and how it affected several classes of being on a close level. And more importantly how it affected Lucifer and God themselves.

I'd be curious to hear feedback from the readers on how the story affected them, and what thoughts came up.
