It may sound strange... but when I am struggling to write, I simply give myself a break. I have an advantage of owning (and being on the board) of multiple companies. So when I can't write, I dig more and more into my work. And it is in that work that I get inspired to write more.

Another trick is to read more. I LOVE reading. And when I struggle to write, I read more. There is lot's of inspiration there.
