Sita Singh was born and raised in India, and moved to the United States in 1999. She currently lives in South Florida with her husband, three children, and an immensely cute dog. An architect in the past, Sita now writes heartwarming picture books with a South Asian backdrop. Sita is the author of BIRDS OF A FEATHER, illustrated by Stephanie Fizer Coleman. It is a Dolly Parton Imagination Library Selection. Her next picture books are MANGO MEMORIES releasing in 2024 and INDIGO HANDS releasing in 2025.
