OK, I admit it. I have an agenda. I always have, underneath everything I say and do.

I want to be part of a movement to create Heaven on Earth. I believe that’s what we’re here for, what we’re here to learn.

I know it’s possible. We’ve been given a heavenly planet to start with, one whose natural diversity already works divinely. We have incredible brains, upright bodies, and hands with opposable thumbs. We have all the tools and technology �� and even knowledge �� that we need in order to do it.

Sure there’s always more to learn, but the power of the average person to make a contribution is higher than at any time in history.

If creating Heaven on Earth out of the mess we’re in right now seems like a tall order, it is. If you look at it logically, it seems impossible. So why even try?

Well, think about this:

If a pregnant woman who had never seen anyone give birth suddenly started going into labor, she would think she was dying. If she was told she’d bring a living human out of an opening far too small to be imaginable, she’d be even more certain she was going to die. Yet the miracle of birth happens every day. The painful contractions create an opening somewhere else, for something new to emerge.

The contractions going on in our world are giving birth to something new. Every insult levied against minorities, the poor, women, immigrants, or common decency is like a homeopathic remedy, garnering humanity’s immune system to become stronger, healthier, and more united than ever. Painful as it is, we are giving birth to the future.

The birth process can’t be stopped, but it can certainly be helped. We can learn how to create a world from our dreams, a world we know in our hearts is possible. For the first time ever, humanity can affect evolution on purpose. It took billions of years to evolve a creature with enough consciousness to even become conscious of evolution. And now we are asked to consciously evolve.

It’s going to take a huge number of manifestors to achieve this dream. It’s going to take people with a vision, working together from higher consciousness, awakening and supporting each other.

That’s why I do what I do. Climbing up the chakras, we liberate. We heal our wounds, transcend our limitations, and climb the ladder to Heaven.

But then our task is to come back down, bringing Heaven to Earth, through “down to earth�� practices for effective manifestation. We need to activate the manifesting current.

You can learn this step by step process and become a master manifestor. It’s not airy-fairy fantasy, nor is it rocket science. It’s simply learning the steps and the practices to remove blocks in each chakra that interfere with bringing our dreams into reality.

While the tragedy in Texas is the opposite of what we call perfection, it does meet : when a number of things occur independently to heighten the potential of disaster.

When an area populated by millions floods to the extent that is still taking place even as I write, the disaster has multiple levels. Not only are roads and houses flooded with tens of thousands people displaced, but sanitation issues, fire ants, resulting mold, food shortages, and more, all come to play even in ways that have not yet played themselves out.

How will insurance companies cover the cost of destroyed cars or houses of so many at once? How will people deal with their losses, when claims take months or years? How will businesses get back to normal and people start earning a paycheck again? 

Even hospitals are flooded, as well as schools, grocery stores, and all the things we take for granted that hold our local societies together.

This storm may be unprecedented in scale and severity, but unless we deal with the , storms like this will become the norm. Clearly, we are not equipped to deal with it in large metropolitan areas �� there is not even person power, money, or infrastructure to handle it all. Some say it may take not days or weeks, but , to get back to normal.

We can’t afford this level of tragedy and suffering. We can’t afford storms that could be this bad or even worse to happen more frequently.

We must put climate issues front and center in all our agendas.

It’s not just that the temperature is going to get hotter. I recently read Lawrence Wollersheim’s book ,��which ties together the many  that will lead to a global warming crisis if we don’t mobilize everything toward its mitigation right now. As the ice melts, shrinking the white reflective surface that sends heat back out, temperatures will increase. As the tundra melts, it will release methane, a powerful greenhouse gas. As wind blows, the soil dries out and fires increase. As trees burn, there are less plants to fix carbon. As the ice melts, microbes we haven’t seen in thousands of years are released into the water supply. As carbon continues to acidify the ocean, plankton are dying, which supply 50% of the world’s oxygen.

Let’s not allow the suffering in Houston to be wasted in the kind of ignorance that allows further tragedies of this sort to occur.

I’m sure you all know there is a  on Monday, August 21st that will travel across the whole USA from west to east, starting in Oregon and ending in South Carolina.

This is a very rare occurrence and a special opportunity for transformation.

An eclipse is when the feminine moon passes in front of the masculine sun �� if only for a brief moment. In the marriage between shadow and sun (that produces the famous diamond ring effect!) a new light can be born.

The masculine has provided so many things for all of us—things we take for granted such as roads and buildings, computers and airplanes, cell phones and automobiles. Not that women don’t work on these things too, but they have largely been created by men.

For all these things, we can be thankful. But we have enough of them now, and we need to turn our attention to their cost.

The masculine empire that forged societies from our earliest civilizations to today has reached its zenith. It has accomplished what it set out to do—and we are now seeing its shadow all across America.

Whether it’s white supremacy, groping women by the pussy, destroying the environment, or giving more money to the wealthy, the shadow must be seen by all and acknowledged and transformed in order to writhe our way back to wholeness.

It is time for a new, more visible platform for the feminine and a new partnership, not only between men and women, but also between the feminine and masculine contribution of values. In short, it is time for balance.

Whether you are lucky enough to be in the path of totality, or you are far away from it, the eclipse effects will be felt. There will be 90% totality in Washington DC, and certain aspects of the eclipse strongly impact .

Spend some time between 9:00 a.m. where the eclipse begins in Oregon Pacific time and 3:00 p.m., where it ends in South Carolina Eastern time to open wide this window of transformation.

Stop what you are doing and go outside and take 3 minutes of silence at some point in the day when the eclipse is traversing your time zone. Look at your own shadow and transform it into a new light.

We are birthing a new way of being and the contractions are getting closer every day. Let this eclipse be a rebirth for all of us and for the world. Let your vision awaken in the darkness, and then make it happen!

It’s important to me to celebrate the days that mark the changing of the seasons. Solstices, Equinoxes, and the cross quarter days between them, signal a time to remember the ancient tides of our ancestors, tides that still herald the rise and fall of archetypal changes, the dance of dark and light, earth and heaven, feminine and masculine.

But this year, on the longest day and shortest night, I am buckled in a seat, 7 miles high, flying from London to China.

I’ve just watched a movie called Worlds Apart, a love story set in modern day Greece, with its background of refugee crisis and economic collapse. It showed the rage and terror that people face daily, yet beautifully wove in the everlasting theme of Eros, the god of love.

I am reminded that the forces of creation and destruction are always happening simultaneously. Sophocles himself would have applauded it was so good.

I check my flight tracker and smile at the irony that I have just flown over Athens. Coming up ahead on my flight path, I see names that I read about every day: Aleppo, Mosul, Baghdad, Kabul, Tehran.

I know about these places, but have never touched ground there. Like the Greek sun god, Helios, who shines so brightly today, I see it all from my distant perch. Helios alone sees the larger picture, but he can be so out of touch with the realities below him.

So it is that the love of power rules from a distance over the earth, seeing, but not experiencing the daily struggles down below.

Our rulers sell weapons, pass laws, and make decisions, out of touch with their potentially catastrophic effects on individuals and our future.

But I take heart with the cycles of the seasons. Even as we face the onslaught of heat waves in the dawning summer, I know that this cycle is at its peak, and will diminish from this day forward. Underneath a new order is emerging, and it is unstoppable.

Having studied the deep cycles of history, I know we are at the end of an era that has served its purpose, and are witnessing its decline. It brought us the coordination and technology to become a planetary civilization. The capacity to produce the tools of global transportation and communication devices created a global society where diversity is the norm, and innovation is exponential.

As I travel about I still see a world of individuals, struggling with their wounds and trying to fulfill their desires. Too few of them see, or even contemplate, the evolutionary arc of what we are becoming—together.

This day asks that we look at the bigger picture—as a global society struggling to grow up and to wake up. It asks that we take ourselves high and look far and wide, but also stay in touch with ourselves, each other, and the land we live upon.

Kabul is now behind me on my journey as the plane passes over northern India. I am reminded that war will one day become a relic of the past, and that the pursuit of higher consciousness is eternal.

The values of the chakras, which I am flying to China to teach, are what we need to reclaim to build a world that works: the values of Nature, Pleasure, Power, Love, Truth, Beauty, and the Divine. This is the map I follow, even as the worldly map goes by beneath me. For it is only with a good map that we can truly navigate where we’re going.

When the first Earth Day occurred, back in 1970, the idea that the environment could be threatened was a novel concept. We saw smokestacks as a sign of industrial progress. We poured leaded gasoline into oversize Cadillacs. Pesticides and herbicides were seen as serving the food production, and a much larger majority of the population smoked cigarettes. Almost no one did yoga.

Inspired by the anti-war movement and horrified by the 1969 massive oil spill in Santa Barbara, CA, founder Gaylord Nelson, A US Senataor from Wisconsin, started Earth Day to infuse public consciousness about the effects of pollution and push environmental protection onto the political agenda.

20 million Americans took to the streets. Thousands of colleges organized protests. Individual groups that had been fighting local issues found a common cause. Environmental organizations were born.

It was effective. Within a year we had something called the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the passing of bills for Clean Air, Clean Water, and Endangered Species.

By 1990 Earth Day mobilized 200 million people in 141 countries, putting environmental issues on the international, global stage.

This was progress, but we are far from the results we need.

Today the earth is more threatened than ever. Global warming has become a climate emergency that has the potential to cascade into utter disaster—if we pass important tipping points. Climate change effects crop production, water supplies, weather patterns, disease control, and contributes to wars.

The head of the EPA, Scott Pruit, is now someone who doesn’t believe in climate change or . He is supported by a Congress that serves business interests over environment and a president who wants to roll back all regulations, to say nothing of withdrawing from the milestone Paris Agreement.

It is clear the government will not serve us in this absolutely vital necessity to protect our world for the future.

It falls now on the , on environmental organizations to come together to create their own EPA, and for all of us to get involved in whatever way we can.

Earth Day can be our re-birth day, for truly the environment is the bottom line storehouse of true wealth for the future of humanity.

Without a vision, the people perish. -Proverbs

We certainly have seen some dark times this winter—for many people personally, and for the turn of events on the national level. The gradual destruction of everything we hold dear: environmental protection, public education, health care, human rights, economic responsibility, not to mention TRUTH itself, should be giving us all grave cause for concern.

But today, the first day of spring, we reach the balance of light and dark, and begin the movement toward increasing the light. Light brings out the shadows, and the shadows are here for us to heal. Light also illuminates the way forward, and we desperately need to find that way right now.

The news is full of negation. Regardless of what side of the aisle you fall upon, everything in the news is about what’s wrong. Whether it’s Trump saying what’s wrong with existing health care, foreign policy, or , or the media saying what’s wrong with the Trump administration, we are hyper-focused on what’s NOT working.

OK, so I get it. We’re in a period of deconstruction. The breakdown that precedes breakthrough.

So I ask: If existing systems are being destroyed, do we try and prop them up, or do we instead get busy creating something else?

When the caterpillar turns into a butterfly, you don’t try and save the caterpillar. When it disintegrates, its cells become food for the emerging butterfly. The destruction/creation process is going on simultaneously. It always has.

This says we must be very busy creating what’s new, while the old is collapsing all around us.

Like the early spring flowers poking up from the ground, the shoots of the new movement already have grass roots that are rapidly growing. There are dozens of environmental protection groups, who have been growing their networks for years. In the absence of the EPA, we must support them. Ideally, they should all band together as one comprehensive environmental protection agency and create their own power block.

There are people working with community organizers, creating soup kitchens,��, producing , setting up , fighting human rights abuses () and much, much more. We need to take our energy out of the old system and support these groups. Find what you love, and then work to save it. And if you can’t do that, support the people who are already doing the work.

I still believe we are moving from the . The old systems can’t withstand the rise of the new system indefinitely. Weeds poke up through the cement despite all odds. You can’t stop the light from increasing at this time of year, and you can’t hold back the dawn.

My vision is that we are to create heaven on earth. We are here to bring about all the values of the chakras from the top down: awareness, beauty, truth, love, power, pleasure, and abundance for all.

The new paradigm will not come from the government. We have to : in our workplace and communities, in our homes and relationships–wherever we can increase the light on the good, the true, and the beautiful.

It’s time for us all to become master manifestors of miraculous vision.

Enantiodromia
The Evil that Produces Good

Enantiodromia is a big fancy word for a concept that might shed some understanding of what’s going on right now…��and give us a little hope.

I know I could sure use some of that. Thinking about this has helped me find a little light in this dark time.

Enantiodromia is the concept that anything that becomes strongly one-sided is about to flip into its opposite. The word originated with  in ancient Greece, from enantios: opposite and Dromas: running course. Heraclitus used it to designate how the play of opposites in public events runs its course, each movement eventually turning into its opposite.

 later used the term to describe the way the psyche can become one-sided, relegating huge parts of itself to the unconscious.��What is repressed then returns to us as fate.��Until we own and understand this fact, we can’t change anything.

Jung says: “The grand plan on which the unconscious life of the psyche is constructed is so inaccessible to our understanding that we can never know what evil may be necessary in order to produce good by enantiodromia, and what good may very possibly lead to evil.”��[1]

In looking at today’s frightening political situation,����Բ��Գپ��ǻ���dz����� is obviously at play.��What is repressed in the national psyche, the “under the radar�� racism, sexism, xenophobia, materialism, and narcissism that has been at play in the American psyche for a very long time, is now grossly visible for all to see. If the country were healthy in regard to these things, this fateful take-over of our government could not have occurred.

The one-sidedness is plain. In , he said,��“From this day forward it’s going to be only America First.�� His insistence on building a wall between the US and Mexico, banning all Muslims, putting a gag order on anyone who might disagree with him, and resisting diversity at almost every level that it exists, shows just how one-sided he is. White, male, and rich, he surrounds himself largely with people who are the same.

But already it’s turning into its opposite. His blatant assault on women, minorities, poverty, and freedom is creating an unstoppable movement for our basic human rights.�� last weekend drew nearly three million people worldwide, with marches in all 50 states and 32 countries. It wasn’t just women of course, as men were there also, but it was at least pro-women. This is a first in a country that has never had a female commander in chief in its 240 years of history and has only a 20% female representation in the House and Senate.

Christ/Antichrist

In Jung’s view, enantiodromia also plays out in the dynamic between the concept of the Christ figure and the Antichrist. He saw that the wholly one-sidedness of the goodness of Christ would eventually produce a figure of an Antichrist. This counter figure is everything that Christ is not. Divisive, rather than unitive. Base rather than holy. Hateful rather than loving. Immature rather than spiritually evolved.

Until we hold the values that integrate light and dark, we are destined to ride this dialectical seesaw. Jung did not believe our political leaders would save the world. They do not have the answers, the perspective, or the wisdom. It will only come from the people who rise, slowly, into maturity, which Jung defined as the ability to hold the tension of opposites.

������fasten your seatbelts, we’re going for a wild ride. Do your inner work to find your own balance. And then, get out there and do something to lead this country��-and our world��-back into wholeness.

The Future Hangs In Precarious Balance

The Initiation Begins

Here we are, 4 days away from the Electoral College vote on Dec 19, and 5 days away from the darkest time of the year. Indeed, things are very dark in the world right now. But it’s always darkest before the dawn.

Have you noticed that the chaos is mounting? The great unraveling is beginning. Truth and fiction intertwine in a cacophonous media to continually obscure the obvious. It’s the way of initiation to sow confusion, to force the initiate to choose amid the fog �� the high road or the low? Love or hate? Truth or falsehood? The right or wrong choice can mean life or death.

Cyberspace, that brilliant neuro-net of the global brain upon which we all depend, is proving to be a trickster god that can both reveal and obscure truths, as well as fabricate and magnify lies. Even our democracy is now helplessly in the hands of fallible computers, subject to hacking, while email scandals make or break an election and the future of our world.

Thus begins the initiation of humanity from the

Which do we choose?

We are still in the window of possibility where it could go either way.

There is mounting evidence of interference in our elections, . On one level, we might say, so what else is new? Dirty politics are as old as politics itself.

But in this election, the stakes are so much bigger: the future of the world itself.

We have a window of 6-10 years, to either minimize climate change (too late to stop it) or plunge into We cannot afford a president who and appoints his Old Boy’s Network of to destroy our beautiful world.

Whatever else may be said about electing a man who hides his tax returns, lies with impunity, denigrates women and minorities, has never held political office, wants to gut social security, Medicare, Planned Parenthood, Gay Marriage and more, this one fact stands out.

Either the human experiment triumphs as we wiggle our messy way toward planetary adulthood and a new organizing principle, or we throw it all to unprecedented disaster in the next century.

The turning point is now, at this darkest time of the year.

The balance hangs upon 38 people out of 538: that need to change their vote to keep Trump from being inaugurated to the world’s top position of power. Apparently
