The Eternal Flame
You wake up in the middle of the night, half asleep, stumbling around in the dark, cursing the things that you trip on, wincing in pain as you maybe stub your toe. Why is life so fucking hard? Why is there so much pain?
Now imagine this. You wake up , still half asleep but the first thing you do is turn on the light. Now, as you walk around, still tired, you are able to see the path in front of you. You walk around the mess. You see the wall before you stub your toe. Life flows .
What’s the difference? The mess was and is always there. You just needed to turn on the light to navigate it.
In the Jewish religion there is a tradition called the ner tamid/the eternal flame that is always lit. It lights the path and allows us to navigate the world. Although it can be a physical light that is lit in synagogues, in truth that light is us.
This means that WE as the light shine on to the darkness of the world. WE as light can light the path for ourselves and all others that we share the planet with.
It is not about changing the darkness. As Martin Luther King Said � darkness can not drive out darkness, only light can do that. hate can not drive out hate only love can do that.
So we must now shine our light bright ,eternal, infinite. Allow yourself to see the mess but navigate around it . Creating a world where darkness is met with light and hate is met with love.

What is shame? Shame is given to me by you. Shame says I don't like this behavior, idea, belief,,, so you can't be that. Shame says I'm uncomfortable so you can't be that. Shame says you can't, you shouldn't, you mustn't, Shame says; you're embarrassing Me so stop it. Shame says; you are making me look bad so stop it. Shame says; YOU are the problem, YOU need to change, YOU need to stop. Shame says; you should feel bad about what you did for the rest of your life. Shame says...
Love Says; you made a mistake, it's ok, let me help you learn from it, Love says; it's ok to have a different viewpoint, belief, or lifestyle than me. Love says; how you live your life is not a reflection of me therefore you are free to live how YOU want. Love says it's all ok. Love says there is no right or wrong there only is. Love says; love is unconditional. Love says shame may be given to you but LOVE IS WHO YOU ARE!

Infinite Awareness
You (insert feeling, behavior, part-time personality). have taken me as far as you could and I am deeply grateful for that. It is now time to pass the baton so that we can grow, evolve, awaken, and deepen our connection to ourselves as Infinite Awareness. It is time to expand and stand in our innate power: GLORIOUS, LIMITLESS, AND FULL OF POSSIBILITY.
Surrender The Fight
Surrender the "not good enough", the "not worthy",
Surrender the fight.
Surrender the need to prove yourself
Surrender the fight.
Surrender the tension and stress
Surrender the fight of keeping love out.
Surrender the fight of all the reasons that you don't deserve love.
Surrender to the LOVE that you already are and allow that love to be felt.
Circulate it through your whole body. your whole being.
Surrender the judgments and the separation between us.
Let your love and my love merge and just BE LOVE.
Surrender the fight.
