Shaun D. Curran (1979 -) began writing stories at a very early age, and by fourteen he was regularly writing science-fiction stories, some of which were published in his high school and college newspapers. His hearing loss made it ideal for him to attend online classes at the University of Massachusetts at Boston while majoring in English. Upon graduating with his B.A. in English in 2003, he attended National University online and graduated with his M.A. in English in 2006. He began teaching at Quincy College in January of 2010, and by September he was teaching online classes at Quincy and Liberty University. There are a number of other ways in which I deal with…m´Ç°ù±ðWhen writer's block occurs, I tend to try and read something that many have found inspirational. There are a number of other ways in which I deal with it; I have a blog, a LiveJournal, as well as a writing diary that I update daily. I think I have been fortunate in that I have not suffered from writer's block as much as most people. It tends to happen in the beginning of the story, when I am still fleshing out ideas.(less)
