What are you Thankful for?
As you prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving please remember to thank those who’ve inspired you, helped you, and if at all possible, reach out to those who may need a helping hand. It doesn’t take much effort to help those less fortunate. I know you can find a way.  The world is suffering in many ways. So in the spirit of Thanksgiving remember to give THANKS for all that you have no matter how big or small. I’m truly blessed to have my health, and the love and support of my family. It’s been a tough year for our family with the passing of two wonderful women my mother and my mother-in-law. Although our table will be short a few family members this year, I will still give thanks for what I do have, and will never take for granted anything in life, ever again. Life is too short. We must make the best of our time here, and remember: It’s much easier to be kind and thoughtful then mean and hateful. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Eat too much, sleep in the overstuffed easy chair, and have that extra slice of pie. You deserve it.
If you’re looking for a good book to read, may I recommend Ties That Bind? Although many of the characters are fictional, it is based on true events. I’ve been told it is an inspiring story, and it may even have you shedding a tear or two
I also have a short story coming out as part of a multi-genre collection titled: Seasons. Look for it soon on Amazon and other fine retail outlets.
Best to you and yours during this holiday celebration.
