Law I've never heard of any of them. Where to start? It's just all adult literary fiction or something along those lines. Where's the YA?

message 2: by Susan (new)

Susan Carrie: Fiftieth Anniversary Classic Edition arriving today. I can’t wait to read this again.😊.

message 3: by Susan (new)

Susan Also would like Heather Gudenkaufs new one, Everyone is Watching.

message 5: by Misha (new)

Misha Interesting list but doesn't include these that I'm excited about this week:
Worry
Dead Girls Walking
The Perfect Guy Doesn't Exist

message 6: by J (new)

J People are so wildly narcissistic as evidenced by the comments on this thread. Just because a list doesn’t include YOUR preferences doesn’t make it a bad list.

I count two mystery thrillers, one romance, one fantasy, one nonfiction, and one lit fic. If you haven't heard of them, perhaps that's why they're included on this list? To make sure people know about them?

message 8: by Catarina (new)

Catarina Sousa I really like being able to see these lists, which I'm sure are made based on what people have on their TBR, and also the comments, that usually lead me somewhere new. So, for me they are really useful. If I am looking for something specific, then this is not the right place.

message 9: by Rachel (new)

Rachel I’m so sick of the same comments every week ‘I’ve never heard of any of them. And? Maybe that’s why they’re on this list, because they’re new?

Okay...
Some of these aren't out yet, and I'm sure none of them are at any library yet. I'll try and read some of those books when they're ready.

And?
Just ignore the comments saying that they've never heard of any of them.

I can't spot any comments that suggest it's a bad list, just adding to the list by adding the ones we're excited about that are releasing this week so that they are getting exposure too.

message 13: by Jim (new)

Jim Elliott Gish - Grey Dog
Tim McGregor - Eynhallow

message 14: by Joshua (new)

Joshua Surprised that The Angel Of Indian Lake isn't here

Agreed. It's just people adding their own opinions to this list. There's nothing narcissistic about that. You can't call out something when there is nothing.

*Scratch that. How to Solve Your Own Murder and The Emperor and the Endless Palace by Justinian Huang were on another list, so I've heard of them before.

message 19: by Arianna (new)

Arianna "the emperor and the endless palace" seems good.
