I honestly can't add to what everyone else is saying about this exciting page turner. I took this on vacation and it was the PERFECT read for it. The book is not flawless as some things seemed to tidy up a little too nicely but overall a great page turner. Loved every crazy, tension filled moment of it. ...more

It's been years since I've read a straight spies-and-bad-guys thriller, but this is up there with the best if the genre. Reminded me of reading Frederick Forsyth as a teenager and I think that's both a compliment and an apposite comparison. The settings, the details that demonstrate long hours of research and the tautness of the plots (and I say plots advisedly because there are enough in this 700-page whopper for a couple of books) are all reminiscent of FF's best: The Odessa File, The Fist of ...more
