"On 10.30.21 I purchased this title at the Fayetteville, Arkansas B&N bookstore. Having been seriously working-out from 1970 to 91 to remain fit enough to race motorcycles and then from 1991 on to stay fit, I had fallen into "no exercise" doldrums, and hoped this book would rescue me. "This is one book where the notes, the 23 pages of "Commentary," must be read in order to understand the what's happening. I see there's an additional 8 pages of "Afterword" and such. Dunno about you, but I read fiction for pure enjoyment. 'M&M' is more like a foreign textbook. I don't, yet, understand its high 4-point Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ rating." — Mar 15, 2021 12:53AM
