This is a memoir about grief that beautifully articulates the insanity that comes with the death of a loved one.
Thinking things like yes, do the autopsy because then you might find what's wrong and fix it. As if there's still a possibility things can go back to normal.
The negative reviews are railing against the fact that she's a rich intellectual, but to me that adds more depth, because on top of being an excellent book about a woman grieving the sudden death of her husband, it's also a window ...more
