★★★★ What can I say about this story other than a classic Julie Garwood book still delivers? I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve read this one; thought I’d try the audiobook this time. The narration, by Rosalyn Landor, brings this book to life. I’ll be seeking out more of her audiobooks.

Loved it!

I actually had to update my "star rating" on this book once I listened to the audiobook version. It deserved another star for Roslyn Landor's reading of it. She put a LOT of heart into the characters and brought Garwood's humor to life. Although the original book I read myself was not a favorite Garwood for me, the audiobook was wonderful. Therefore, I changed from 3* to 4* on this one (5* for the audiobook on its own!)

This is my absolute favorite Julie Garwood book and quite possibly my favorite book all-together!! It was funny, I laughed through the entire book! It was sweet! I just loved the way Jamie and Alec talked to each other and all the thoughts in Jamie's head!
