What happened to buying "Gray's Shadow (Kings of Hell MC #4)"? I checked my wish list on amazon and it says it's not available anymore. I always check it to see if the paperback had come out yet and was heartbroken it wasn't for sale anymore.

K.A. Merikan I was shocked to find out about it! I looked up the link, and it's available. But I'm in the UK, and someone else sent me a screenshot from the US that it's not available. We're working on getting it back up.

Hi - I am so excited about the new GnB + S&M books coming out soon! More now please!!! I was wondering if you were going to be writing anymore of Jack and Loki? You mentioned once that you might do "sequel" type stories for you MC's in the Mayhem series. Loki got a side story already so I was wondering if he was getting anything else? Thanks!
