Hi Clare, I have just finished the 4th book in the Tara Thorpe series. I have the idea that the story is left with an open end and that is disappointing�.. Will there be a follow up? I have really enjoyed reading the books. Regards, Tineke (from Holland)

Hi Tineke, thanks so much for your question! I'm delighted that you've enjoyed the books so far. I'm currently writing a new series featuring obituary writer, Eve Mallow, but I might go back to Tara one day. I really enjoyed writing about her and Blake. As such, I wanted to tie up the main story lines that run through the first four books, but also to leave myself the option of giving them another mystery!

Hi Claire I am reading the new Eve Mallow book and the books all seem to follow a similar path. With that I too hope you write more Tara Thorpe books? I feel there are many interesting stories that can be written for Tara (her career growth, love life, as an officer in a bigger town more storylines) vs Eve where there is a pattern with the death of a newcomer and hints from storekeeper, Viv and a few others
