ACTUALLY there is a prequal of sorts, Madison, that is currently in the works and covers Jack going to Madison right after they started dating. It was available in a kickstarter as a tier, but I'm sure they'll be some copy that can be purchased once it's out.

Don't think so, the ending seems pretty neat so I don't think it's necessary.

The forward states "This is the second and final Check, Please! book and I'm excited to share the end of this series." So no, there will not be another book in this series.
