Sooooo, don't buy this book if you are looking for help when it comes to MATH. The book has nothing to do with actual mathematics. This is a self help book, not a bad one or anything, but a self help book about studying. It's pretty casual, except it's geared to College aged at least. So it's a bit bizarre? but its not written bad at all. But its not a math prep at all.
