Just finished reading it, it's not and in general there's nothing of the stories after the fall of troy (aka Νόστοι ~ the Returns). Odysseus is obviously the most famous but there are others like Agamemnon, Aeneas and more.
There's undoubtedly enough material for a fourth and final book but I don't know if the author intends to do that. To be honest, the original works in Homer's Odyssey, Aeschylus' Oresteia and Virgil's Aeneid are insurmountable so for the uninitiated it would be better to experience those. Still, a brief and clever retelling accompanied with not so well known stories (like in this book and the gap between the end of the Iliad and the Trojan horse) would be an excellent addition.
