ŷ asked Janice Bennett:

What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Janice Bennett Aside from not having to get dressed up and commute to work? I'd say it's never, ever being bored. Your mind is always exploring everything around you. Everything you see or hear can trigger ideas for a story, a setting, a conflict, a character, dialogue, details of all sorts. It's an exciting way to live, always on the lookout for something new and intriguing and wonderful.
