I recently stumbled upon your Middle Falls series on audible and I am enthrawled! I can't stop listening and thinking about each of these characters and what a life like this would be like. I just finished book 7 - each book gets better and better and I am so happy there are more to dive into! Which of these characters are your fave & What was your inspiration for starting this world? Thank you from a Happy New Fan.

Hi, Shawna! I just now saw this question!
My least-favorite character and my favorite book have the same answer. =) Michael Hollister. I hated him for what he did to Carrie, and I struggled to write his book because of it. However, in the end, I saw who he was and his own struggles.
I tend to love the characters who have the most struggles themselves. So, Michael, Charles Waters, Hart Tanner. To me, when they do find their redemption, it is all the sweeter.
This concept came to me when I was daydreaming one day about things I would do differently in my own life. The thought occurred to me that even if I thought I knew what was coming, I would probably still mess things up. Just like that, Middle Falls was born!

In Aiden Anderson you bring up the ability to use future hits. This is at least the 2nd time you have mentioned that. Does that mean in one of your lives you became a huge rock-star using future hits but then felt guilty? Maybe one of the songs you got the release date wrong and the real writer also released it but came out like a week after yours so they thought he was the one plagiarizing?

I keep forgetting to ask this! I loved the Replay reference in Charles Waters (I think that one is my favorite BTW) and I went and read it because of your mention. I am a time travel junkie so I am sure I would have gotten to it eventually but still, I enjoyed that. Are there any other time travel books that have influenced you? Clearly you influenced Relive by KJ Nelson.

I loved your latest installment in the Middle Falls series so much (13) that I bought a paperback to have sent to my grandmother. Mostly because of the dog scenes, which I'm hoping she will enjoy having her heartstrings tugged as much as I had. No question to add here, instead please accept a heap of praise and well wishes to you for a Merry Christmas 2020. In order for this to go through, here is the mark needed: ?
