Leighann there is so few clean older generation main characters in cozy mysteries. I would like mostly to see Ida and Elspeth as main characters! No young people tagalongs! They were a joy to read about in Teatime Pastries. Wish more authors would follow suit?

Leighann Dobbs Thanks! I actually love writing the older people the best so maybe Ida and Elspeth might have had so much fun in the first book that they take a little vacation together! I will think on that.

Thank you. The Lexie Baker series has some books in KU and others not. That's what prompted the question. I tend to only read books from KU as I'm on an extremely limited budget. I'm assuming you still get some sort of compensation from Amazon for the books I read via KU? If not, I'll have to re-assess my reading sources.
