When I started reading this book, I had no expectations, even though some characters appear in previous parts... Sometimes it seems to us that we can guess what the story will be like if we met the main characters shortly before in the series, but it shouldn't be like that... That's why I liked this story. I mean, it was everything we didn't expect it to be.

First read: September 2017. - 3� All the time while I was reading this story, I had to remember that the author wrote this part when she was 16 and that I have an understanding for the overall impression that the book leaves on me. Everything is stretched. When I started I expected a lot of fighting and action. Nope. There are so many descriptions that one would think that something is happening, and in principle, nothing special is happening until the last fifty pages. The only thing that was a little interesting to me was the story of Wyrdmarks, forbidden magic, and guys.
Despite everything, I am intrigued and I want to know what will happen next. But since this series is definitely not one of those I would read again, I will wait for Laguna (publishing house) to translate all the parts (which will be a miracle if it happens), so I will re-read this part again. ------------- Celo vreme dok sam čitala ovu priču morala da se podsećam da je autorka pisala ovaj deo kad je imala 16 godina i da samim tim imam razumevanja za sveukupni dojam koji knjiga ostavlja na mene. Razvučeno je sve. Kad sam počinjala očekivala sam dosta borbe, akcije. Jok. Toliko opisa i opisa da bi čovek pomislio da se nešto dešava, a u principu ništa se posebno ne dešava sve do nekih poslednjih pedesetak stranica. Jedino što mi je bilo malo zanimljivo je priča o usudznakovima, zabranjenoj magiji i momci.
Uprkos svemu, zaintigrana sam i želim da znam šta će se dalje dešavati. Ali kako ovaj serijal definitivno nije jedan od onih koje bih opet čitala, sačekaću da Laguna prevede sve delove(što će biti čudo ako se dogodi), pa ću opet re-reading ovog dela....more

The flaw of the story is that the author seems to have taken such an anti-Semitic and anti-Israel stance, that it simply bursts from the pages of this story. It's interesting how much I didn't notice when I first read it....more
