Read for my full moon Halloween square.
Was missing the fun addicting candy feel from the first. I don't think the valkyrie humor or personalities gels with mine. I was annoyed with the heroine and bored with the hero. I'm going to take a break from the series but I've got a lot of Halloween bingo squares to fill, so I could be back trying soon.

Hilda I'm so glad I skipped this one. I am however worried I went straight to book number ten. I'm now going to book number six. I've never done something like this. What's wrong with me?


WhiskeyintheJar That might be the better way to read longer series since there always seems to be hits and misses. If the next two in the series don't work for me, I'm going to probably just walk away. I always worry too much that I might be missing some info. Did you like #10?

Hilda It's my favorite. I really liked Malkom. The whole caveman grunt thing worked for me. Who knew?
