September Challenge - "GET READING" month!

I haven't made up my mind yet...I will wait until this years list, but I might also end up reading Rotten Gods Mish:)

It was a hard choice. I had so many on the list that are on my TBR
I'm just going to put a pool of possibilities and add to in when the 2013 list comes out :)
So my options :
(2012)
(2011)
(2011)
(2011)
So my options :

I said this to another member this morning when she asked about him:
He's really good Sharon:) I read Suspect first as it's the beginning of the O'Loughlin series, but then I read Say You're Sorry which is #6. Both 5 stars....I think they can be read as stand-alone, the only thing I found was the history of the main character is missing a little...but not enough to bother me:)
So it's up to you as to whether you start with his new one or at the beginning of the series:)

And I want to read Secrets of the Tides from 2012 list too.

Since it was written for teenage girls I doubt you will like it. Why not choose something you will enjoy?

Changed my mind. I see Burial Rites is on the pre announcement list and i have been wanting to read that for a while.

My choice is Freedom by the amazingly good Jonathan Franzen.

Hmmm. Nothing there I want to read that I haven't read already. Hopefully it will get better as we get higher up.

I've liked stranger things. :P Although..

I loved The Corrections.
Kathy wrote: "i'm confused, is this years list going to be a 'best of' or a 2013 list or both?"
On the 1st September, the top 50 list will be released Kathy. Yes it's confusing as they won't release until then, which is a pain for us releasing the challenge earlier than then. But on the 1st I will put the link up for the 50 books:)

I haven't read that one Laura, and it's been on my TBR for awhile...I hope there are lots of choices when the list is released:)

I can't bring myself to read that because I hate the title so much. And I cannot explain why.

That's so funny - I'm really put off by the name as well and I have no idea why. Probably why it's been on my TBR pile for so long.

Yep, it's been on my TBR for a while also - just realised, I should use it for the Melbourne Cup choice in the Spring Challenge.
