This is a stupid idea, but have you tried jumping with your head tilted sideways? It's unlikely it'd work, but I think I'd be assured there was no bug if nothing fell out. Also, my friends are constantly saying they can imagine me as a grandma with knitting needles and rocking chair attached so I'm assuming they are on to something.

Are you currently on a family trip? I'm sorry you feel this way, I can see how things would be irritating if you're being annoyed and it isn't utilizing your time :/

At the dentist's and just had 2 teeth pulled out

RIP molars. Thank you for helping me chew for so many years. I want you guys to know that I never took you for granted.

How long do you have to have them on?

Really?? *hugs* The process isn't that scary to be honest, just close your eyes the whole time and you'll be fine and do everything they say. You just have to deal with the weird feeling with your teeth/mouth afterwards. It hurts after a while for some people, but it depends :)

Well I think I have to wear them for a year and a half, maybe a little more. When do you plan on getting them?

I don't like dentists! Or the fact that they want to extract my teeth!

I see! Well good luck then :) if you don't want to see them staring down at you (trust me it's so awkward) just close your eyes, they'll talk to anyway for some reason. Also, before you get them you can act as skeptical as you want and pester them with loads of questions, so that you get all the info you need and the type of braces you're getting in case they recommend the wrong one.

Literally, play hard to get.

I just took off my braces this year and I can second what Maya says xP Your teeth might feel a little tender at first but at some point you'll be throwing all advice out the window and chewing gum and gummy bears (not saying that you should butttt). If the dentist talks I gargle out a string of unintelligible things until he completely regrets talking and gets to work instead. They probably talk to ease the awkward tension or panic though!

PS RIP molars, they will be forever remembered.

Now that's one piece of advice I won't be throwing out of the window xD
