Let’s celebrate the month of June!

Rules: Pick your reading level for the month of June, selecting from the following categories (you may choose a category more than once, if you desire). You may have two Reader’s Choices, or more, if you have more than three books that fall into the other categories. Also, you may use the “Spell-it-Out�� option.

Duration: June 1st to 30th.

Levels:

1-2 - Easy
3-5 - Medium
6-9 - Harder
10 or more - Hardest

Categories:

1. Fathers�� Day: Read a book where there is a character who is going to become a father, or is already a father, or where there is a pregnancy involved.

2. June Weddings: Read a book where a wedding or marriage takes place, or a book involving an already married couple.

3. Flag Day: Read a book with a character is presently or formerly in the military.

4. Dare Day: Read a book outside of your comfort zone.

5. Best Friends�� Day: Read a book where friends have become lovers.

6. Paul Bunyan Day: Read a book that takes place mostly outdoors, on a farm, on a ranch, has a road-trip, or where there is a man with a flannel shirt on the cover.

7. African-American Music Month: Read a book with an interracial relationship, or by a Black author, or read a book where there is a character who is a musician.

8. National Candy Month: Read a book with either regular candy or “eye-candy�� on the cover, or with a character that either cooks or bakes for a living.

9. Symbols of June: Read a book with pearls or roses on the cover or in the title, or where the author or series name or main character's first or last name is either Pearl, June, or Rose.

10. Flip a Coin Day: Go to Random.org and enter in the number of books on your TBR -- 1 to whatever the number may be in the True Random Number Generator. Read the book that coincides with the number given to you.

11. Old Maid’s Day: Read a book where there is a wallflower, someone previously jilted, or a book with a character considered unattractive, for whatever reason.

12. National Columnists�� Day: Read a book that has garnered a lot of buzz.

13. Donald Duck Day, Hug Your Cat Day, and Take Your Dog to Work Day: Animals, Animals, Animals...read a book where there is an animal that plays a significant role in the story.
