Ah, thank you Mary Pat! :) I was thinking and all too recently that I should try to get into buddy reads more. It would actually line up for me pretty well as I was planning on reading it soon right after I finish A Tale of Two Cities and pick up something else I didn't have a good time with earlier this year that I wanted to try again. I can't promise I'll say that much because I'm in work and I tend to read quickly even if The Final Empire is really big, haha! But no, I'll definitely drop in from time to time. Thanks again! :)

Please put me down for all 35. :)

Because of nit-picky cross-referencing, I can get most of the way to finished on each of these by reading under a dozen books; then I need to choose a few more that fill in the gaps.
It's probably just out of reach for me with my current schedule and reading speed, but I'll try!

Overall Book Reading Goal: 81/104 (25 left, it was out of 52, but I upped it over the summer)
To Finish Yearly Challenges: 50 Total Books

I need a lot of books if I want to finish ALL of the challenges I signed up for, but this is pretty par for the course: I get really excited about challenges in January and through the year my care level drops significantly until I'm just reading whatever I want without regard to challenges.
I have 21 challenge spaces to fill, but I could double a lot of them up.
I need 4 books for I Spy:
5. Around the World in 80 Days The WORLD is a Wedding
20. Where the Red Fern Grows The Thoughts and Happenings of WilfRED Price, Purveyor of Superior Funerals
22. Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't STOP Talking

1996 Jane and the Unpleasantness at Scargrave Manor

2004 Gilead
2007 Eden's Outcasts: The Story of Louisa May Alcott and Her Father
7 books needed for the Character Challenge:
O--DONE
S-- DONE
U--
V--
X--
Y--
Z--
My overall goal is 100 books, and I have read 77 so far. So I need 23 books total. My overall goal is the one I really care about completing, so I will definitely read 23 books, but whether they meet any of the challenge prompts remains to be seen.

Count me in! Below is a summary of what I need to finish my annual challenges. It adds up to 41 books but I won't need that many as one book will count towards more than one challenge. I don't like to pick my books too far ahead so I am going to set a goal of 25 and I will increase it if necessary.
1 - Every Year
3 - Listopia
3 - World
5 - I Spy
5 - Fiction to Reality
7 - Randomizer
8 - Recommended
8 - Choice Awards

The Let's Turn Pages Challenge- (4,442 Pages needed. Unknown # of Books needed; lets just say 10.) 0/10
A to Z Challenge (Character Edition)- 0/1
Goal Met So Far: 0/11
(Already surpassed my book goal & I'm also doing some extras [that I'm not counting here] for some of the Yearly Challenges that I've technically already completed.)

I'm not sure of a goal #; I think I'll just put the # of books I need to finish for the year and update it if there are any additional books I end up adding. I'll also track challenges completed/challenges to be completed.
