OK, it is hard to find the "cheating hero" as authors think that is a no/no, or oxymoron. Do you want true cheating or seems like he is?

The next two I have definitely come across recently but right now only come up with.

I'm also reading The Phoenix Pack series. I'm on the first book and it's great.

I really liked the first but it has been just OK with ups and downs. I think I'm on book 5. I started the spin off and seem to like it better, . I really liked her demon series all the way through the 3 books that are out right now. I read right through them.

She also has a Vampire series but I have started it.

I think it is set in the same universe.

Nate & Tamsyn's novella in the Psychallenge series is a non- claimed mate situation.

I believe these books would apply if you want a fated mate story that involves the hero being with other women AFTER he meets his mate for one reason or another. Usually cuz he thought she was dead or some kind of threat prevents them from actually mating. He then has to grovel like crazy to make up for all the damage he did. Not all of these are shifter romance but they are all paranormal romance.

Think this fits your request. The H denies the heroine, she believes they are mates, but his beliefs get in the way. He has to work hard to gain her trust, she's very hurt by being treated casually by him.
