Daniel I have very little technical expertise in terms of exposure or formal training, but from a conceptual perspective this books seems to explode all of the (still) present preconceptions of formal Western logical philosophy. Perhaps this is a beginning of a bridge between other logical systems of thought found in other philosophies like Buddhism and Taoism, while grounding the abstract concepts in a practicable format useful to those of us who have the ability to put concept-matter like what is contained in this book into practice. All the same, I've never read anything like it nor do I think I will anytime soon... though for similar reasons, the Buddhist philosopher Nagarjuna is in the same neighborhood as Spencer-Brown, as well as some of the authors of Taoist classics. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this same kind of experience..
