Sandra I love to take pictures of pretty much anything. but my specialties are animals and kids! I am a vollenteer photographer for the local animal rescue. so I will take pictures of the animals when they come in on intake and get them up on the website! it's rewarding and I love it! get all the puppies loving you could ask for! but I love done some weddings, birthday parties, baptisms, and holiday family events.

I find it hard to keep up with a lot of the new and upcoming PR and UF writers coming out and about, and tend to find the duds more often then those truely amazing cant put them down books.... hopefully this group (and you lovely people) can help with that!

Hello! My name is Benicia, and I live in northern California. I've been a fan of fantasy and science fiction for as long as I can remember. My mother claims the first book she read to me was The Hobbit. I read at least a book a day, and love to revisit my favorites. Sometimes I feel like my life revolves around Tuesday mornings and finding out what new releases I can purchase before starting my day. I have a 13 year old son, and when I am not lost in a book I am most likely embarrassing him in some way. I am looking forward to exploring this group, and hopefully finding new authors to love. :)

Hello happy readers! I'm Nicole and am a PNR junkie. I've read BDB, IAD, Night Huntress, Guild Hunter series (just to name a few) and I'm currently reading the Kate Daniels series (book 5). The first book didn't quite catch me but I am so glad I decided to continue the series. Freaking love Curran and Kate cracks me up. Can't wait to see where their story goes.

I just joined today and thought it would be nice to introduce myself. I'm Melissa and it's nice to meet all of you. I started with Jeaniene frost books and they got me hooked onto everything in the paranormal romance/urban fantasy genre. Right now I'm reading a lot of Karen Marie Moning. But I also love Sherrilyn Kenyon, Lara Adrian, Gena Showalter, Nora Roberts,Kelley Armstrong, Amanda Hocking, Charlaine Harris... I can keep going. This group seems like a great place to find good books and have interesting discussions.

Hi everyone! I already have a handful of groups that I'm active in, but when I found this group I thought it might be a nice way to introduce myself to more quality Urban Fantasy. Until now I have been very picky about what UF I read, and haven't veered very far from Patricia Briggs, Kim Harrison, and Ilona Andrews. I'm not really interested in the romance aspect found in a lot of books in this genre, thus my pickiness. I would like to be able to branch out and find more good authors that I may have missed, though! I can't wait to jump in and start participating with this group. :)

Welcome Kirsten! I'm a big fan of all three authors and someone recently introduced me to The Others by Anne Bishop. I love it so if ur shopping around for new UF u might want To check out Written in Red if not then ignore everything except the welcome :)
