This book talks about Bill Campbell as a coach and his methods, but more as a third party. Campbell’s style is personable, team first, treating people like people etc. i am not sure how useful it is for someone who has never worked for someone like that and cannot experience it. Last book of the year perhaps.

The first few chapters are sharper than the rest. A lot of the ideas seem to be similar to some of what I have read before but it is useful to hear the presentation, about thinking about thinking 10x scale, having the right team , building a cult, having term competitive advantage through technology, importance of distribution and a few other points.
