This is really a very good read - maybe not five full star but could be rounded up. It is like a short story collection of different people’s lives.
It is introspectively written in that the writer has a condition herself and have a right level of empathy to balance the narrative.
This give a different voice, and a necessary voice, to mental awareness.

Argued on an expansionist view of evolution particularly around sexual selection driven by aesthetics. I took a long time to read this and had the deepest impression on the bower birds, on how they literally decorate their home for attracting females and give females the freedom of choice.
