I wasn’t sure about this book: I’ve heard mixed things about the other secret projects, and I was worried it would be TOO tied into the other conserve books. I must say, though, that this book is great. So great, it may be my new favorite Sanderson. It’s shorter length and tighter focus really let the characters shine, and the world is intriguing and beautiful.
