really liked it
This start to the series was confusing. I sort of liked it enough to continue, but unsure about where this was going. I'd rate this 3 stars on its own, but revised it to 4, after I read the second book.

I loved this book. Just like the characters (the many, gorgeous, and interesting characters) on the winding path to their destination, this book guides you through individual stories, the revelations, the ever changing relationships, human experience and the beautiful, cold world this is set in.
