There were some very moving parts in this book and I do like the ending. Everyone has to bear the brunt of their mistakes. Only the 'best' sister got to be the mother or else the tragedy would continue.
Still, it was very hard to get through this book not because of the theme but the pacing. I understand that it takes time to overcome grieve. Still. it was just too slow and repetitive for me. ...more
