DISSOLUTION by Richard Turnbull

Edin’s first review of the year

liked it
The premise of the book is terrifying and yet very plausible. However, I was put off by the enormous time span that the book covers in a frantic pace, from the XIX century to the XXI. The characters are well-crafted and believable. It is an enjoyable read if you persevere after the initial time jump from the near future to the past in just two chapters.

A solid whodunit with a quirky but loveable hero. A couple of red herrings in the way, good read overall.
