This book wasn’t just fascinating; for me it was/is important. This isn’t a “self-help� book, but the comprehensive and expertly-explained research certainly makes it feel that way.
Understanding our lack of focus and both the internal and external factors that generate it through the internet, changes in society, and even diet is key to improving what we can, and understanding what we can’t.
