Quite good overall and provided a variety of examples of how animals� senses works and some short anecdotes on their evolution path. It is more of a popular non fiction factual read than a more popular scientific theory book common amongst biology non fiction.
It is a pretty good book but largely talk about using an open approach to run a technical organization and making sure the team is fearless when voicing their concerns. There is some nuance on keeping focus rather than run things too loosely. Also, it reiterates the notion that nothing is predictable and there may not always be a lot of value planning in full blown details.
