Jim’s first review of the year

it was amazing
Wow! What a difference!

I was skeptical, but bought this based on a Reddit recommendation. And what a difference it has made in a short amount of time! The author says not to expect quick results, but that’s what I’m getting.

I’m a type 2 diabetic and this has lead to a significant improvement in my morning blood sugar, my average blood sugar, and my weight.

I highly recommend the book and the way of life.
