Seven words that captured your attention today
I haven’t pitched a lot in this blog. My marketing consultant (great guy) and my publicist (don’t have one of those yet, suggestions welcome) would be outraged that I am blabbering all this non message-driving nonsense. Where is the url, where are the catchy pictures? I should always have a title with a number for each blog post. Seven. Never six or nine. These are evil numbers. Only the word seven should be on the title.

Scary as life
In other news: Brexit too! I saw that coming. There is an undercurrent. Started in Greece as all great tragedies do. It is big. Bigger than we educated folks think. They want to build a wall. Oh my! The dead. The children.
In other news: A lot of things happened while I was not writing and preparing the move.
Nice, Istanbul, Munich, Baghdad, a little Normandy town, its name already forgotten.
Terrorism.
Their names already forgotten children who didn’t grow old.
I am moving to Boston
I am leaving Greece and non-immigrating to Boston for a year. It is a non-immigrant visa so I am not really immigrating, it is a temporary thing, unlike all other eternal things like high-school love promises and middle-age beer-bellies.
Maybe two years. Not more. Do some research at MIT Media Lab and focus on launching Drakon. It has been a hectic two months, making a snap decision and the change for the whole family.
I am moving for a couple of reasons:

Great news!
My wife Liza, won first prize in the children’s book category in Greece for 2016. Audience vote, more than 110,000 votes. She is translating in English and French.
This was the first year of existence for our publishing house, the first children’s book we published and the first time we participated in a competition. We won the audience award competing against hundreds of other publishers.
The competition had some great books. We’ll try to bring our marketing game in the global scene now. Dr...
