Happy New Year!
The new year calls for a new blog. Well, not actually new... I created it a long time ago, but didn't get any further than a title: The Need To Read.
I've always enjoyed reading. My mom read to me while I was in the womb, creating a lifelong story-lover and storyteller.
My first book review this year (The Devoted Life) is on a devotional journal. I love to engage the artistic side of my brain (and have resolved to do more of that this new year) and one way to do that is in creative meditation.
Are you a creative soul? Do you enjoy coloring, journaling, photography, or something else crafty or artistic?
