Angeliki Bouliari was born near the city of Amphilochia, in the Western Greece. She grew up in Athens. She studied Greek and English Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and first worked as a secretary and later as a Public High School teacher of English.
She studied Literary Translation at British Council, Athens, and the Italian Language at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura in Athens. She also studied Psychology and Creative Writing at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the British Council in Athens. She has attended a lot of seminars in Greece and abroad concerning Teaching, Literature and Language, Translation, Children’s books. Η Αγγελική Μπούλιαρη γεννήθηκε στον Σταθά Αμφιλοχίας στη Δυτική Ελλάδα και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε Ελληνική και Αγγλική Φιλολογία στο Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών και εργάστηκε στην αρχή ως ιδιωτική υπάλληλος και στη συνέχεια ως καθηγήτρια στη Δημόσια Μέση Εκπαίδευση.
Σπούδασε Λογοτεχνική Μετάφραση στο Βρετανικό Συμβούλιο στην Αθήνα, και την Ιταλική γλώσσα στο Ιταλικό Μορφωτικό Ινστιτούτο Αθηνών. Σπούδασε επίσης Ψυχολογία και Δημιουργική Γραφή στο Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Παρακολούθησε σεμινάρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό για την αγγλική γλώσσα και διδακτική, τη λογοτεχνία, την παιδική λογοτεχνία και τη μετάφραση. Μιλάει Αγγλικά και Ιταλικά.
Αγαπά τα ταξίδια, τη φωτογραφία και τις Τέχνες.
