But actually, the only effectivel way I've found to deal with writer's block is to make myself sit in front of my computer with hands on keys for an appointed time--a half hour is good. It can be excruciating, but usually by the end of that time, I'm writing.(less)

Bu…m´Ç°ù±ðI always imagined that the best thing about being a writer would be having a book with my name on the cover--and there's a lot to be said for that! But there is so much more. I've met some wonderful writers, so I have books with my friends names on the cover, too! People I would never have known otherwise have contacted me because they liked my books, and I've been able to get to know them a bit, and that's been wonderful. And, maybe not best, but certainly up there, you get to play with your imaginary friends all day, and everyone thinks that's just fine!(less)
