I moved around a lot as a kid, but ultimately my brothers and I landed in the surreal world of trailerparks and loggers in the Cascade Mountains. I joined the military to find a bigger life and a bigger world. I left in 99 to go to art school but dropped out a year and a half later and ended up reenlisting the day after 9/11. The rest is in my book - The Wax Bullet War.
